Terms & Conditions

Delivery:
We can deliver within one week when the furniture requested is in stock.

Rental period (prices are valid for...):
Duration of your event (max. 1 month)

Insurance:
The goods are insured by us during transport.  The tenant is responsible for the insurance of the furniture during the rental period.

"Order / Delivery" time flow

You send an E-Mail with your data and your requirements.

We will provide a detailed quotation including the amount of the rent, the transport costs, the amount of the deposit.

If you agree with our quotation, we will reserve all items for you and send the contract to you. You have to sign the contract and send the signed document back to us (normally by FAX).

We will send the invoice to you (see also "Prices: Terms of Payment") , which is due before the delivery of the furniture. We will arrange the exact delivery date and organize the transport for you.

We will deliver the furniture on-time to your location and arrange everything for you.

"Pick-up" time flow


We will collect all furniture and single items.

After the collection of the furniture we will send the final invoice (refund of the deposit so far there are no damages; see our Terms&Conditions for detailed information).
