Terms & Conditions

Delivery:
We can deliver within one week when the furniture requested is in stock.

Minimum rental period: 1 month

Insurance:
The goods are insured by us during transport.  Insurance of the furniture during the rental period is the responsibility of the tenant.

"Move-in" time flow

You send an E-Mail with your data and your requirements.

We will make a detailed quotation including the amount of the monthly rent, the transport costs, the amount of the dposit.

If you agree with our quotation, we will reserve all items for you and send the contract to you. You have to sign the contract and send the signed document back to us (normally by FAX).

We will send the first invoice to you (see also "Prices: Terms of Payment") , which is due before the delivery of the furniture. We will arrange the exact delivery date and organize the transport for you. In Germany we deliver to the areas of Munich, Nurnberg, Regensburg, Erlangen, Ulm, Augsburg. In Austria we serve the regions of Innsbruck and Salzburg.

You can move into your apartment on the first day, since we will arrange everything for you.

"Move-out" time flow

Depending on your contract conditions (see Terms&Conditons, "5 Length and termination of contract"), you have to send the termination notice in written form. The exact date for the collection of the furniture has to be announced 14 days in advance. In case you are waiting for your container inform us currently about the dates of your forwarder.

We will collect all furniture and single items - normally we start early in the morning (7:30 to 8:00).

In case you expect a container with your own furniture the container staff is able to unload the container at about 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. (depending on the range of your rented inventory).

After the collection of the furniture we will send the final invoice (which includes the refund of the deposit as far as no damages accurred; see our Terms&Conditions for detailed information).
