Terms & Conditions

Delivery:
We can deliver within one week when the furniture requested is in stock.

Minimum rental period: 1 month

Insurance:
The goods are insured by us during transport.  For the insurance of the furniture during the rental period: the tenant is responsible.

"Move-in" time flow

You send an E-Mail with your data and your requirements.

We prepare a detailed quotation including the amount of the monthly rent, the transport costs, the amount of the deposit.

If you agree on our quote, we reserve all items for you and send the contract to you. You have to sign the contract and send the signed document back to us (normally by FAX).

We will send the first invoice to you (see also "Prices: Terms of Payment"), payable before the delivery of the furniture. We will arrange the exact delivery date and organize the transport for you.

Then, we will deliver the furniture on-time to your location and arrange everything for you.

"Move-out" time flow

Depending on your contract conditions (see Terms&Conditons, "5 Length and termination of contract"), you have to send a note of termination in written form. The planned date for the collection of the furniture needs to be announced 14 days in advance.

We will collect all furniture and single items - normally we start early in the morning.

After the collection of the furniture we will send the final invoice (refund of the deposit so far there are no damages; see our Terms&Conditions for detailed information).
